How to Use the FVLC Membership Directory

FVLC Home | FVLC Directory

Use this directory to:

  • view contact information for all FVLC members
  • edit your own institution record
  • edit your own individual contact information

The directory allows you to browse by:

  • Institution
  • Individuals
  • type of Contact such as ILL or Director

A Mailing List (# Delimited) option is available for anyone who wants to download the information to create mailing labels.

Access

Institution information can be accessed without a password. To view individual membership information or to edit any record, you will be asked for a username and password. You will only need to do this once per session.

If you need a reminder of the username and password, please contact Evan Bend at OWLS.


Institution Records

On the directory home page, click on your choice under Institutions.

select the option of your choice

To edit the record, click on the institution name.

To view all contacts and members from that institution, click on contacts & members.

Individual Records

You can access individual contact information either through the institution record or by clicking on your choice of links under Individuals.

To edit your record, click on your name.

To send an email to an individual, click on the email link.

click on the email link to send a message

You can replace an individual record for someone at your institution by replacing the name and contact information on the edit page.
